Our Pledge:

1. Women Empowerment: We strongly believe that empowerment of women through their participation in the global supply chain has a resounding positive impact on society. Therefore, our aim is to empower the women at Fascino Exports Pvt Ltd to take better control of their lives and act on decisions that they value.
2. Environmental responsibility: We pay a huge importance to ensure reduced global environmental impact from our operations. We do so by constantly improvising and improving our processes to reduce process wastage and increase energy and chemical efficiency.
3. Skill development: In a country like India, we consider it a privilege to be able to add values to the life of people by adding new skill sets to theirs’ making them more employable by us and thousands of other garment factories.
4. Human rights enhancement: The well-being of our people, and the society we operate in, are cornerstones of Fascino Exports’ ethos. We have strengthened our own internal system through a robust review and response methodology.
5. Healthy work environment: We have invested largely in developing safe and healthy work environments. Our factories have a specialized ventilation and fresh air systems which ensures air turnover of 5/hr.
